Bess focuses her practice primarily on financial services litigation, with an emphasis on disputes before Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), as well as complex civil litigation and business disputes in state and federal courts. She represents individuals and organizations of all sizes in every stage of litigation, arbitration, regulatory enforcement defense, and recruiting matters.
Throughout her time in law school, Bess worked in various litigation roles, including as an Appellate Student Clinician under the supervision of a nationally recognized Professor and Appellate Lawyer. Bess also served as an extern for the Honorable Administrative Judge Diane Palos.
