Ethan focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and business disputes, with an emphasis on the financial services industry. He represents both large and small companies, as well as individuals, in a wide variety of matters, including securities litigation defense, fiduciary and shareholder disputes, commercial contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, restrictive covenant clauses, employment issues, and broker-dealer cases. Ethan represents clients at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate level, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations, and other alternative dispute forums.
