Geoffrey Paschke

Geoff Paschke focuses his practice on complex litigation and business disputes in state and federal courts and in arbitration forums. He has experience representing clients in a wide range of cases involving claims of tortious interference, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of restrictive covenants, product liability claims, insurance coverage issues, and other complex business disputes.
While in law school, Geoff served as an intern to the Honorable Richard A. Lanzillo with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He also worked as a summer law clerk at a Pittsburgh-based independent broker-dealer and investment advisor firm.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Geoff worked for three years as a financial crimes compliance analyst at a large financial institution in Washington, D.C., where he worked to combat money laundering and fraud.
He currently serves on the Young Professional Council for Benjamin Rose.
